Presently our committee is discussing:
- Agenda for upcoming Servants Meeting
- Possible use of Facebook by the parish
- Candidates for Parish Council membership next term
- Future parish Capital Campaign as well as Diocesan Annual Appeal
- Development of Administrative Assistant job description and responsibilities
- Opening communication with St. Stephen's parish

- Servants Meeting - November 17 at 7 p.m.

Presently our committee is discussing:
- Topics for November's Servants Meeting
- Opportunities for opening communication between St. Stephen's and St. Joseph's
- Facebook options available to the parish
- Wish list for publication in Catholic Times
- Feedback from parish regarding new Mass schedule
Upcoming events:
- Committee Sign-up Weekend - October 22-23 after Mass
- Servants Meeting - November 17 at 7 p.m.
Date: Aug. 18, 2011
Presently our committee is discussing:
- Review of committee activities.
- Expansion of child care system in parish school building.
- Preparation of letter to Bishop regarding parish's future Capital Campaign.
- Sharing of parish facility with St. Stephen's parish for funeral dinners.
- Continued coordination of masses between parishes - bulletins, donations, sales of gift cards, etc.

- Next meeting will be September 15 at 7 p.m.

Presently our committee is discussing:
- Review of committee activities. Development continues on Renovation Committee and Capital Campaign.
- Council basket contributions for Picnic were collected.
- Request for use of parish facilities by private person for business activities was denied.
- Request for use of parish facilities by area Summer Blast program was denied.
- Council discussed wearing of their name tags at parish functions.
Upcoming events:
- Council members will be working the Food Tent the Friday night of picnic.
- Next meeting will be August 18 at 7 p.m. It will be the first meeting after Summer Break (no meetings in June and July).

Presently our committee is discussing:
- Tithing contributions were discussed and approved.
- Review of committee activities. Development continues on Renovation Committee.
- Ways to improve communication between committees and the parish as a whole.
- Procedure change as to how Council officers are chosen was approved.
- Council basket contribution for Picnic.
Upcoming events:
- Council members will be working the Food Tent the Friday night of picnic.
- Next meeting will be May 19 at 7 pm. It will be the last meeting before Summer Break (no meetings in June and July).

- Review of Servant's Meeting and discussion which occurred.
- Commitment form that was sent out to parents of SPACS students.
- Review of committee activities. Development continues on Renovation Committee.
- Ways to improve communication between committees and the parish as a whole.
- Procedure change as to how Council officers are chosen.

Presently our committee is discussing:
- Ways to improve communication between committees and the parish as a whole.
- Procedure change as to how Council officers are chosen.
- Council members to serve as representatives on the Renovation Committee were approved.
- New law eliminating the ability to mail raffle tickets to individuals.
Upcoming events:
- Servants Meeting will be held March 17 in the Parish Family Center.
- Parish Council will be hosting the Parish Social after Masses on March 26-27.

Presently our committee is discussing:
- Welcome of new members Paul Hesch, Pat Horn and Cindy Mazoch.
- Election of new officers: Names were drawn. Rich Boden is now Council President. Mary Davidson will serve as Vice-President.
- Development of new Renovation Committee. Kevin Shibilski from Finance was present to inform and answer questions.
- The move of the Parish Office from the rectory to the parish center.
- Development of a message to the parish concerning the "flavor of Lent".
Upcoming events:
- Servants Meeting will be held in March in the Parish Family Center.
- Parish Council will be hosting the Parish Social in March.

Presently our committee is discussing:
- Finishing up organization of Parish Center basement and setting procedures for space requests.
- New member recruitment for replacement of those whose terms are nearing completion.
- Lent – What flavor or atmosphere do we want for our parish? Consider ways to educate parish about alternatives. Consider principle development.
- Update/repair work being completed on parish rectory. Relocation of Parish Office.
- Upcoming maintenance projects for the church area itself. Possible development of Renovation Committee to watch over parish assets.

Presently our committee is discussing:
- Finishing up organization of Parish Center basement - tour of area. Lines to be painted.
- Topics for discussion at November 18th Servants Meeting.
- Member replacement - candidates will be contacted to serve 3-year term.
- Departure of Father Al and welcome of Father Jerzy.

- Servants Meeting will be on November 18 at 7 p.m. in the Parish Family Center.

- Lending of parish items to Pacelli for Panacea 2010.
- Use of Styrofoam™ items.
- Servants Meeting will be on November 18 at 7 p.m. in the Parish Family Center.
