Stewardship Committee Meeting Highlights
Date: March 28, 2012
Presently our committee is discussing:
- Reviewing the stewardship time, talent & treasure reports.
- The committee took the time to fill out and categorize the committees and/or organizations that parish members wanted to sign up for.
Date: Feb. 28, 2012
Presently our committee is discussing:
- How the Stewardship Drive is going.
- Discussion as to how we are going to review the forms and how we are going to contact parish members that joined a group or society.
- Reminding parish members about our giving tree.
Date: Oct. 25, 2011
Presently our committee is discussing:
- Stewardship Fund Drive in February, what theme we will use.
- Passport Weekend, how did everything go?
Date: Aug. 23, 2011
Presently our committee is discussing:
- All ministry sign-up; Stewardship is working on getting all committees involved with ministry sign-up.
- The Stewardship Committee will host the social weekend on the October 22-23 during ministry sign-up.
Date: Sept. 28, 2010
Presently our committee is discussing:
- Finalize passport committee information for our ministry sign-up in October.
- Giving Tree had various requests from Religious Education office. Example: Religious Ed tuition assistance, napkins, paper plates.

Presently our committee is discussing:
- Update on passport ministry sign-up weekends in October 2010.
- Sept. 30, 2010 deadline for committees to hand in their mission statements.
