Welcome to the Web site of St. Joseph Church!
My connection
with St. Joseph Church began on July 16, 1996 when Bishop
Burke assigned me as Pastor. I moved from the Eau Claire
area where I had been pastor of three rural churches (Brackett,
Fall Creek and Augusta) and also taught part-time at Regis
High School.
During
these 10 years, I have grown in awareness of the strengths
and faith present within our community. I am pleased to be
in the Stevens Point area and continue to enjoy the life
of St. Joseph Church.
We are
a diverse community with much talent. Many people find St.
Joseph a friendly, welcoming community. I am grateful to
have joined this community in celebrating and seeking the
presence of God!
As pastor,
I thank you for taking some time to stop in and take a look
at our church site. This Web site seeks to respond to needs
of members and visitors.
Our members
are able to access information to better connect to the programs
and opportunities to worship, pray, educate and socialize
in faith. Visitors are able to learn about us and the life
of our community. I hope our site assists both our members
and visitors.
