Ladies from St. Anne’s cooked and served an annual Appreciation Dinner for the Staff of St. Joseph. The dinner is usually held just after the holidays, but this year, with the arrival our new pastor and the moving of the parish office, it was postponed until April. The staff dined on Salad, Chicken Breasts stuffed with Ham and Swiss Cheese, served with a Cream Sauce, Cheezy Potato Casserole, Broccoli and Carrots, Rolls, Butter and Pistachio Torte for dessert. Thanks to Shirley Hunt, Adrian Mitch, Deb Peltier, Pat Walther, Betty Wondzell, Cindy Hawley, Esther Bigus and Jean Daniels for all their help.
